The Company
ZARRI S.r.l. is based in Castello D’Argile, 20 km north of Bologna.
Founded in 1973 by Angelo and Franca Zarri, the company has always stood out for the highest quality and speed of production, its just-in-time service for standard catalog products, and its efficient logistics solutions made available to clients.
Zarri offers a wide range of products to meet all supply needs for both special and standard metal parts.
Our main product lines include:
- Special fasteners made on the customers’ drawing
- Standard fasteners
- Metal wire products
- Sheet metal structures – cutting, bending, stamping, deep drawing
- Tube structures – bending, cutting, rolling, shaping, welding, stamping
- Complex assemblies combining rod, sheet metal, tube, fasteners, turned parts and plastic components, assembled, welded or mounted together
- Extension, compression and torsion springs; turned and milled parts
- Products for the ceramics industry, standard or custom-designed: manual tile-laying tools, tile lifters, adjustment wrenches, sheet-metal supports for perimeter elements, anti-fragmentation plates, windproof systems, retail display shelves
The company employs 40 people over an area of 21,800 m² (5,500 covered) and serves more than 4,000 clients, with exports accounting for 25%.
Highly technological products
Every year ZARRI works 2,000 tons of steel, including 750 from coil (ø3-12 mm) and 550 from bars (ø10-30 mm). Items are manufactured using cold-forming technology on different production lines, allowing us to deal quickly with small, medium and large orders.
